When you place an order with over $49.95 in eligible items, ground shipping is FREE! This offer is not valid for express shipping. To take advantage of this promotion, simply fill your cart with $49.95 worth of our products and select the standard shipping option to ship your items to a single US address.
Estimated Shipping Times
When it comes to online ordering, we know you want to receive your products as fast as possible. All in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped out next day. After leaving our facility, arrival time depends on your location. Take the guesswork out of ordering by checking out our shipping map. Use it to find out more details on estimated shipment times in your area so you can be sure you have your items when you need them.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied by the quality of your product, or the scent just isn't for you, we will exchange your product at no cost to you , no questions asked. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise after 10 days. Special Orders are not returnable
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

In the event of receiving a damaged or missing product you must contact us within 3 days after delivery. Failure to contact us within three business days may disqualify any warranties, replacements, and/or repairs.
Shipping time is determined by your local customs office. Packages typically take 7-12 business days to arrive. BBM is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Most Products displayed online are available exclusively online through Bearded Blue Monkey and its vendors. These Products may have limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. When a Product featured on the site is no longer in stock, we use our best efforts to remove such Product from the site in a timely manner. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions. Bearded Blue Monkey is not responsible for any product side effects without first consulting a physician or someone in the medical field.
We make every effort to present the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on the Services at all times. However, occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we reserve the right to amend errors or to update Product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo-graphical error, typographical error or any other error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any Product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Method of Payment charged. If your Method of Payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your Method of Payment in the amount of the incorrect price.
Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend any order placed if we determine in our sole discretion that a user has violated these Terms, including by engaging in any fraudulent or misleading activity (for example, by using false names, multiple identities, multiple email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person or otherwise providing false or misleading information), or if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a user’s conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
